Allowed File Types are;

1. PDF Files
2. Excel Files
3. Word Files

The File Size for each File is permitted as 10 MB.

NAMING CONVENTION

1. Airline & Ticket Number Corporate Name Customer Approval
   
   eg: 176-3746678987-WARTSILLA-CustomerApproval.pdf
    
2. If it is a TC Error Refund then you will need to attach the approval from Sahra, name the approval as below;
   
   eg: 176-3746678987-TCError-SahraApproval.pdf
